“Scarecrow”

I took a walk this morning. When I walked past this device and triggered the alarm. The sound though not loud but gave me a fright. Neighbours, who were having a breakfast party, have a good laugh at me. 

This is a bird deterrent device. As the population of seagulls grows, boardwalk and the roof of the gazebo are full of bird shits and the noise is deafening at times especially in the earlier hours of the morning. 

I know a couple were installed for sometime but I do not know the location and have no idea how it sounds like. This morning is my first time go back to walking as temperature drops and rain stops. I have been swimming instead during these hot months. 

In the end, I crashed the party after the walk and have breakfast with my neighbours.
