Here they are!
Was it only yesterday I was looking enviously at a blip of a ladybird and bemoaning the fact that mine seemed to have deserted me? I went out this morning to do some aphid squishing - now why can't they abandon me? and to my delight spotted not just one but four ladybird in an area of around six inches on one of my standard roses.
They were tiny so they look like last year's late hatchlings, but not to worry, I've plenty of greenfly to fatten them up! What else but then could I blip today?
