Notes: Slept till 629a finally! Up and did qigong and yoga before coffee and online, then to pool ~10a for 45 min, back for Carlene's Lightwave Zoom 11a-12p. Prepped and around 145p ate steamed broccoli w/ leftover lamb/spinach over turmeric rice (still so good). Back online then and a bit more designing, some for ArtOUT and more tweaks for OUTies postcard. Late shower ~430p.
