Wide and Yellow

I stopped on the way home to record this lovely yellow underline to the evening sky.

As I walked into the field I noticed a deer grazing, so I kept my focus on the view and brought my energy down to avoid scaring it. Photo done and it was still ok, so the joy of a phone screen is being able to look away whilst framing a very distant shot of the deer and a hare, which had also arrived.

Such  a joy to have joined them for a minute and then left them undisturbed.
