Return of the yellow tree peony

Our tree peony doesn't flower every year so I was delighted to see this bud this morning when Mr hazelh and I sat outside to eat our mid-morning bananas. However, I would much rather have been at the gym at this time.

Unfortunately my neck pain is still horrendous and really no better than when it started. Worse news is that the NHS website says that neck pain only lasts a few weeks. 'Only"?!!!

Meanwhile I am managing to (just) keep on top of domestic tasks (with big thanks to Mr hazelh for his help) and keeping Mummy hazelh happy.

Exercise today: none (neck injury).
