Broken Down Bus

From one extreme to another. 

After the luxury of the Grosvenor Hotel last night and a relaxing breakfast this morning we caught the bus home only for it to break down in Vicar's Cross. As it is an hourly bus service we thought the best option was to hop on the next bus travelling in our general direction, which took us as far as Tarvin. Although we thought about walking the two or three miles home from there we opted to go in a cafe until the arrival of the next bus to Kelsall. The cafe was only small and we were carrying overnight bags so it created some interest and we had to explain to everyone why we happened to be there. The owner was brilliant and actually offered to take us home (I don't think she had thought this through properly) but we just settled for coffee in what was an incredibly friendly place. Anyway the next Kelsall bus turned up on time to end our mini adventure.

There seem to be a few people interested in a potential Blipmeet at Burton on May 16th so I will check up whether there will be any problems when I am there tomorrow and publish more detail with tomorrow's blip.
