Cooking With The Fishes

Rich and I had our first forray into cooking with fresh fish today. Made an absolutely yummy Kenyan fish curry (which would be clearer in this picture if it weren't for all the steam!) but it turns out taking the bottom layer of skin off a fillet is quite difficult... Worth the effort though :P
