Can you help?

It may be a sign of the times but this has been hanging around on the pavement outside our house now for several weeks.

Many people assume that it is on the skids but the road remains bone dry. We feel that it has been callously forgotten and abandoned.

Can you offer it a home with lots of slippery surfaces to warn people about?
