Came across six women post row trying to get their boat back to base. They had to take the long way due to works further down the beach, so pullling/pushing it up at the Gym.
Took a lot of push and persuasion to get it pointing in the right direction and off they went into the sunset. How the six had the energy to do so after a row, I was puffed with my five minute contribution
