Ewe looking at me

Apologies for the title (mrspuke's fault).

On the way back from a hospital appointment we stopped off at a cafe now run by a local cheesemaker.  Purchases were made (as fp might say) including some of their famous Lanark blue which is  "one of the first blue ewe's milk cheeses produced in Britain since the Middle Ages."  Must check the use by date!
