Nipplewort

There is a lot of this growing at the foot of my hedge and Plantnet says it's a 35% of it being Nipplewort, which produces yellow flowers on tall stalks as it matures.

TThe plant has medicinal properties, it has been traditionally used as a diuretic, and to treat skin conditions and respiratory ailments. The young leaves are also edible and can be used in salads or as a vegetable.

As these ae on the roadside of the hedge, I'll give that a miss.
