Scruff

Meet Scruff. He came up to the window to say hello. I am not sure why he is so scruffy. Could it be due to the stress and hard work involved during the breeding season? Certainly there are quite a few pairs around at the moment, frantically hunting for worms, warning each other of danger and diving into the hedgerows.
