Tuesday: Horse Chestnut

Woke up to grey sky but there was a breeze which blew away the clouds, the sun was warm enough to dry the washing and another job was done :-)

Had a restful afternoon reading - https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/3214688217831833769 - and had just enough energy to make MrD’s favourite (and lazy!) tea of frozen fried chicken in breadcrumbs, frozen chips and baked beans. My healthier (non meat) tea was frozen fish pie with some lovely fresh broccoli spears picked from the garden :-))

The horse chestnut in our garden has lots of beautiful new leaves and a bumper crop of flower buds too!

Tonight we’re continuing watching “Life on Mars” wonderful and very weird in equal measures!
