A Dreich Start

The old triumvirate of dull, grey and chilly has been the order of the day.  There are other orders.  The Current Mrs Creel caught the ferry across to Hoy.  She’ll be checking on Phase 1 of the Bolt-Hole project.  Therefore I am under ‘orders’.  It would be mad not to be.  So I cut the grass (that has hardly grown) and dug an area around the polycrub prior to reseeding.  Bernard used to be the ‘Pipe Smoker of the Year’ but he relinquished his title some while ago.  However, he is heartened to hear he is now the ‘Thinking Woman’s Deryck Guyler’.  In Patagonia.
