Colourful

Veggies in the pan for dinner today. The lazy version,  bought pre-cut - two bags, different mixes (mediteranea and sporty). Cooking done for today and tomorrow. Added low fat cream cheese and cream; nothing else needed.
Full and happy now after a runaround-day in the office.
