Yellow

I had a wet cycle ride into York today despite the BBC promising that it would be dry all day. Thankfully it had stopped for the return trip and there was even a bit of sun so the yellow fields were glowing. The rape is in full flower now but the fields are very patchy. I imagine this is because the ground is waterlogged - the farmers will have lost a fair proportion of their crop.
