These pads were made for walking...

Well running too.
We met the farmer who's farm we're staying on this week, and he took round to show us his horses, pigs and cows.
Lola quite liked the pigs. Really didn't like the horses, and really really didn't like the cows, who chased her round the field. We knew she could run much faster than they could but it was pretty funny to see about 20 cows frolicking across a field after a decidedly disconcerted dog.
She soon got her gander up again once we were out of the field and wolfed her dinner down, and is currently in this state on her bed. I hope she doesn't have nightmares... :/
