A gift

I spent this morning with a group of wonderful women who are refugees and asylum seekers. We made crafts, we laughed, we smiled, we shared flapjack, we discussed the meaning of our names, I learned a few words of their language and they practiced their English and new friendships were made. A great way to start the week!
