IRON

This is how the Rev likes to get his iron content in his diet!!! I think he deserved it.

We watched the church service online today then we were planning a short drive out but eventually I allowed The Rev one naughty trip up to Mums as he had left stuff in her garage from his DIY kitchen project and it needed tidying and sweeping out. He was only allowed to supervise.
I then agreed to a coffee stop…by the time we got home he was absolutely exhausted and has promised to stay put tomorrow.
