Townley garden

Drove over to Burnley to the dentist this afternoon. I went early so stopped at Townley hall and gardens for a walk. I was hoping to see bluebells but there weren't any. There were lots of rhododendron bushes but very few in flower. There was plenty of wild garlic which smelt beautiful. I found this beautiful garden at the side of the house which is being renovated so covered in plastic and scaffolding.
