There was a thin young woman on the high street today singing loudly - and tunelessly, as she had headphones on, and couldn’t hear her own voice - or her yappy little dog who was yapping and whining along - at one point she just sat down square in the middle of the pavement. I failed to get a photo, so blipped this one instead - another of Wells’s interesting inhabitants
