Macina per mulino

We stayed up in the mountains out of mobile and Internet access last night. Stayed at an agriturismo with the best dinner we've had for a long, long time. The full works and all made in the farm house kitchen. Wonderful.

A walk through some woods took us to a water mill restored by the owner. He was kind enough to set it going, mill some flour and talk about the history of the place. Through the translation, we could tell it had been a labour of love.
