Notes: Woke 415a but think I slept thru till then (huge improvement!) - unfortunately couldn't go back to sleep. Finally got up 530a-ish, chatted w/ Jo a bit on Signal and created an new FB ad for ArtOUT. Headed out on bike 645a - first time in short sleeves, a little cool in the beginning but w/ cotton liners, warmed up quickly. Did 12.5 mi to the trail and back and checked out a little park just off the trail over on 8th Ave SW - pretty big and several roads go a lot further than I did! Took a shower and closed the place up. Got coffee ready for the CBS Sun Morning show tho mostly chatted on text w/ Ellen, Jana, Susan and Nancy throughout the show. Did another juicing batch then - celery juice, mix of celery/carrot/tomato,  and then fruit: lemon/apple/kiwi/ginger/celery ... and cleaned up that mess. Started to make eggs but realized how tired I was ~1145a so did a meditation until 1230p and rested. Meal then was asparagus omelet w/ zucchini hash, juiced fruits, toast. Also had a bowl of cereal after. Worked on the next design for Gayla (outside ArtOUT) from 145-415p. Streamed shows in the evening, chatted w/ Jo on Signal a bit and also Mic on the phone. Tired.
