Bracing

Our original plan had been to have a dip in the sea after our parkrun.  When I opened the car door I was thankful that my dryrobe was in the car.

We were going to take them off for our run/walk but the horizontal freezing rain persuaded me to keep it on and parkwalk.  I was rather warm at the finish but as an alternative to cold and wet, that was not an issue.

We enjoyed a breakfast at the cafe overlooking the rocky shoreline.  A solitary kite surfer spun in the distance.  We might swim on our next trip north..

A wander around the town and stops at a.craft barn and a deli finished our time in Norfolk and we headed home.

What a great couple of days.
