Laggan Dam

I concluded on my most recent job last night and my next one can't start till next week. There were just a few emails to attend to.
I joined Mrs SJR on the dog walk and we continued to the town for some messages (shopping). Beyond our dinner for tonight I got some fish bones at the fish shop. I made a huge batch of fish stock and froze it in portions. I was able to retrieve a lot of meat from the bones after cooking and it made a delicious topping for the dogs dinner at night.

I used to think I didn't like cauliflower but I cooked it two ways for along with our fish, some oven roasted and a puree using a wee bit of the stock made earlier.
