Historical Society membership tea

Guest speaker was Jacque Nunez, a tribal descendant of the Acjachemen Nation of Southern California. She was telling her story as an American Indian growing up in San Juan Capistrano and her life as an educator.

Also, in honor of Earth Day on Monday, there was an event at our local Back Bay, where I was tabling for the Sierra Club this morning. It was called 'Earth Day of the Bay' with vendors and organizations and a food truck.
