Caterpillars

Years ago, I bought a box called "Live Butterfly Garden Hatching Kit".  It turned out that there was nothing to hatch inside the box, but a coupon with a code to order the live caterpillars.  Finally this year, I remembered to place the order, but then forgot about it until I got an email telling me when they were about to be delivered.  There are 5 - they were about 2 mm long when they arrived, but they've grown to about 3 cm now.  The instructions were that the pot should not be opened until they're in chrysalis form. The bottom of the post has a layer of their food - there's no information about what it is.  We'll get a better view of them once they're out of the pot.
