Wallflowers
This morning I cut the lawns then a few bits around the garden and then prepared the car and caravan for next week.
This afternoon I went for a walk as far as the river and on the way back I saw these wallflowers growing from a flint garden wall. In East Anglia we don't have much stone so flint which is very hard is often used with lime mortar which is quite soft so plants can get a foothold in it.
In the village my grand parents lived in the church tower had wallflowers half way up it
It has been mostly cloudy with a bitterly cold wind, it would be great to get some more warm weather
