Coull Beans

Lovely sunny morning and we set off on our walk. We remembered that a little coffee trailer has taken up residency in the campsite. It was lovely to sit in the sunshine with our coffee and butty. Set off again and Daughter FaceTimed us just as we arrived at the benches at Lemahamish. As we sat chatting numerous dog walkers, cyclists and a few kayaks also passed by.

A bit more feeding the garden this afternoon then made some banana and Nutella muffins with some over ripe bananas. I cooked them in the air fryer. Haven’t tasted them yet. They smell delicious but I suspect the banana has sunk to the bottom and it looks a little clagy. Perhaps banana in bread/cake doesn’t cook well in an air fryer.
