SIRRUS DRIFTING
This old Harrier visits us most days and he knows I keep my eye on him as I quite regularly fly the high flying Tippler pigeons and a small kit of Serbian Highflyers.
The Harriers sometimes attack the flyers and kill them in the clouds. I know this one is quite old for two reasons - he's getting very light in colour ( in other words grey in bird terms) and he's been visiting us from the hills up the back for a number of years. He's only attcked my birds once - and I'm pleased to report he didnt have any success - I watched him swoop in and miss the pigeons. - Pheww!
here's Harry the Australasian Harrier Hawk.
