Dubai Floods

Calum & Emma made the journey to Dubai airport without problems, and despite the stories in the press, they sailed through self check in and security. Their Glasgow flight was only delayed by a couple of hours. 

However, Karen & I had an appointment in Dubai a few hours later. The main road (Sheikh Zayed Road) into Dubai was closed, so we took the other road. As you can imagine two highways into one, which reduced to one lane in parts due to the floods (extra). Traffic then got diverted back to SZR and joined at the junction in the blip above. Even in the Tiguan we opted not to try it, and head back home.
