Notes: Another not great night's sleep, maybe a little better. Headed out for errands @8a, filled gas tank, then Walmart (pic shown there in the alcohol aisle w/ the tv screen showing the aisle - weird!), Lakeview Produce & Food Patch for more juicing items and sea moss. Lastly a stop at Aldi - felt like a lot first thing. Back and did some things around the house then made coffee and jumped on the 1030a Zoom w/ the OUT group - and met more new people. Was after 12p till I was able to head to the pool, quite warm but got a breeze. Talked quite a bit to neighbors Wayne & Lisa who were enjoying their last day - nice people who are sharing their Sam's club card w/ me (no Sam's in Canada anymore) and gave me some fruit and veggies they can't use. Was nearly 3p till I came back, made the cauliflower pizza and had some small things after (rest of juiced fruit from yesterday), bowl of cereal w/ the fresh almond milk. Late shower and then on Zoom w/ Jo from ~515-6p and had one of my NA beers while she had coffee and avocado toast and sat outside (cool and crisp as they're coming into autumn in Australia). She told me about a drawing exercise connecting with the higher self so I did that after we finished - was quite eye-opening! Streamed shows then tho so very tired and a bit distracted.
