Slightly bedraggled...

...but still pretty. Was pleasantly surprised to find the Cherry Blossom still hanging on in there, despite the wind and rain.

Up at 5.45am to see my brother off to Heathrow (his 11am flight was cancelled and he’s now waiting for a 9pm flight this evening), then once Dad had gone off to day care, took a couple of hours to myself before starting to tackle the house which looks like a bomb’s gone off, a result of the whirlwind that is Singapore. Vacuumed the house, mended the dishwasher, tried and failed to unblock the bathroom sink, threw out three vases of dead flowers, tidied the greenhouse (aka bird feeding central) and managed to clean and tidy one room. The rest will have to wait until tomorrow, and probably the next day, and the day after!
