Barge trip

Luckily there was no rain this morning for the two hour barge trip along the canal, from Swinton lock. Very peaceful and relaxing. A picnic lunch for twelve of us, all organised by Bfriend, very spoiled. I even had a turn on the rudder! Loved that. A selection of shots from the morning including a derelict bread factory, due to be renovated into residential homes, a lovely pub/restaurant  and dropping down inside one of the locks...
