Misspelled

I went to Bally Total Fitness the other day on their week trial. All I wanted to use there was their pool, but before I did a salesman tried to sell me a Bally's membership. The sales guy kinda turned me off about the gym. I just wanted to check it out and they try to sell me a membership. hmm... And to top it off, the guy spells my name wrong even though I gave him my ID.
