Beach amble...

....lovely calm sea in silvery tones, air was fresh with a salty fragrance, parents and children making sandcastles, school holiday fun.

I've not been well. Wednesday was my first day out in a while, yesterday I gardened for a couple of hours and today E and I did a small beach amble, walking for 15mins before turning around. This afternoon I'm knackered, will take it easy for the rest of the day.
