Dragonfly Profile

As usual.. back at the park.. Caught this fella early.. I spend 10 minutes trying to capture a dragonfly laying eggs. It was crazy. I was in almost the perfect position but they are very quick and I had the 400mm lens on and was actually too close. It has a minimum focus of 1.8 meters abd the dragonfly was dipping its tail in almost at my feet.

I like the colours and the hugeness that the wing position gives to this dragonfly.

AND... what is it with you people and feet???? Because I am lucky, I have been known to grace the pages of spotlight before but I have posted pictures of feet the last few days and got so many views.. Hmmm maybe that says something.. heheheheh Thanks however for dropping by on them.
