One of my early paintings

A cold start to the day with rain later.

Took Tanzy and then called at the local Nursery and got a few more plants for the hanging baskets, not doing as many this year, mind you I say that every year, but the cost is getting a bit high.

Later Granddaughter Katie came to bring Paula a belated card and a present of a bunch of flowers and box of chocolates, she stayed for over 2 hours so it was a nice long chat we all had. Katie is our 4th grandchild and 3rd granddaughter, her 2 half sisters are Grace and Autumn. Who I believe are coming on Sunday to collect their Easter eggs, as they were in America at Easter visiting their other Grandma.

Not been too good today as I have had a bad back and it was quite painful so rested it quite a lot.
