More interest across the water

It's been there a while but unlike others I haven't blipped it yet. Apparently (according to blipper gen2 who appears much more knowledgeable than me) it is the jack-up rig Valaris 247 loaded onto a heavy lift, semi-submersible transport vessel called Xin Yao Hua, in preparation to travelling across the world to Australia.
