Larry Locks Up

Larry's repair shop has been for sale for quite a while; lately there'd been an offer, but it fell through, just when the listing ran out, too. So, he's decided not to put it back on the market just yet, as he likes coming in every morning to sit awhile watching traffic and finding peace and quiet. His sons and neighbors like ourselves stop in, too. Not a bad way to spend some retirement time; he doesn't fish, golf, or make things out of wood. He gives his wife some space at home, while he has some space in his old and pretty shabby chair.
