Chocolate Crickets

Chocolate covered crickets with toasted amaranth.

This would be a good way to ease the uninitiated into crickets. The chocolate-to-cricket ratio was so high I didn't detect any of their earthy character, and the amaranth gives plausible deniability to any instance of crunch. This leaves their evaluation down to their quality as chocolates, and on this count they were merely decent.
