Pain clinic appointment created mixed emotions, STILL haven't had chance to see my MRI scan to understand my physiology. The positive is that neurological function, strength and range of motion are good. However my lumbar facet joints are really sore and the muscle down the lower LH side of my back is in spasm. Next step would be diagnostic nerve blocks with steroid to see if we can find the cause and reduce the inflammation. All rather scary.
