Dry itchy eyes

I’ve had uncomfortable itchy eyes for a few weeks. I contacted the optician this morning for an appt and was advised to send in a photo. The chief was away so trying to take a focussed photo was impossible. This was my best effort. After all this faffing around I was seen in the afternoon and now have drops. Dry eye is the problem.
