A casualty...

...of local planning regs. As I was visiting a friend in Irby, she drew my attention to this derelict house. Actually, she didn't need to, because its a proper "sticking out like a sore thumb" sort of house.
The owners started from the top and put a new roof on, then did the bathroom, where they fell foul of planning regs following a complaint from the adjoined neighbour. 
Nothing has been done for over a year. A very ugly stalemate.
