W-I-D-E on Wednesday: Church or Chapel

As far as I can tell, this little Methodist Chapel in the suburb of West Moor, North Tyneside, was opened in 1840 when I'm sure West Moor was just a little village. Sadly it held its final service on 7th November 2021. It was sold in November 2022 for £341,000 but I've not seen any action there since then, and it's currently on the market again for £334,000. I wonder what will become of it.
