I have finally become a probationary breastfeeding supporter for the Breastfeeding Network! Hurrah! This book is my prize for so much hard work. I was surprised to receive it as I was unaware we get given one on qualifying. I maybe a probationer for a while as you have to rack up a fair few hours on the helpline and with the job that will take a while, but I am looking forward to my first call in a scared sort of way!

Otherwise my legs are sore from a hills session. I ran a mile, felt rubbish so decided to do hills instead of plod. Good idea at the time, paying for it now, but I am sure I'll benefit in the long run.
