Friends

A good friendship is among life's greatest treasures. As we grow older I think we find these are harder to come by; perhaps we are more discerning, or more engrossed and occupied, or perhaps we are less likely to risk our raw selves with other people.

This is Ellie Williams with my artistic designer (and daughter) Emily. These two have been very firm friends since the Summer of 2005 when we met the Williams family in Ecuador.

Ellie is staying with us for a few days. She is extremely welcome.
