(107) View From The Hill

Another fine morning but the breeze picked up quite quickly so my planned drone flights were shorter than I had wanted. This is a view from the top of the Cowdenbeath Road (A909) looking down towards Burntisland and the River Forth beyond. The vessel anchored in the Forth, off Burntisland, is a semi-submersible heavy load carrier (Cosco Shipping 'Xin Yao Hua') which is loaded with a jackup rig, apparently for transport to Australia. I had hoped to fly the drone out for a look (not from this viewpoint, from the shore!) but the wind was too strong to get near.
