Running tonight

Day of sensory modulation training...yuck online at home chair and table based for 8.5 hrs awful!! not.use.to that!!.
Running club tonight picked.up.kit, advised by club initials on hoodies 200+ members! 
Knee dosed up on nurofen.. and managed 4.3 miles.. Feeling more connected being part.of a running club and having the kit!! mad isn't it.. its only.a hoodie..
