I remember

A sad event to mark the passing of a long time family friend in the afternoon.

Everyone was reflecting and sharing memories, which brings a bit of comfort hopefully.

I thought that his family did him proud with their music choices, a wonderful eulogy, and a lovely set of pictures from his happy life.

Coming home I needed to walk and get a bit of air, and in Pollok Park this tree and wooden support felt like an appropriate blip. Part of the covid memorial in the park, it is titled 'I remember'.
